Amazing stay!! Excellent service and clean and comfortable rooms. Also includes a restaurant inside.

We would especially recommend Lia (not sure of spelling) who went above and beyond the call of duty. She assisted us in buying in Uber Eats, as your restaurant was closed. I would point out as well that there was a drain smell in our room, not terrible but it really showed after having a shower.

Sadly there was a whiff of drains after having a shower. On the plus side the staff were really excellent. Let down by the fact restaurant was closed on the night we visited and as it is located on an industrial site not that easy to walk to a nearby restaurant. Evening was saved by staff ordering for us from Uber Eats at a local Buffalo Grill.

Excellent services except the breakfast, usually 15-30 minutes late setting up. Not what is required when you need to be at work for 6:45

Booked the family room 2 adultes / 3 children and work out fine. Went to Puy de fou and no room available in the park. Only a 20 min drive from the park so very near. Service excellent, and family room very nice - good alternative to 2 rooms we normally take. Very spacious. Separate toilet / bathroom.

We arrived tired and hungry. We were quickly checked into a very clean & quiet room. A drink in the bar revived us nicely. The staff were very helpful. The hotel,was very busy, but we slept well. It was a shame that the restaurant was …
